Railway wheelsets have two manufacutre Cast Steel Wheels and Forged Railway Wheels , it is the forged and  precision-engineered   comprising with High-Tensile and strength alloy steel axles and premium forged/rolled steel wheels.

·         ‌Wheels‌: Manufactured from grades like AAR-B, ER7, or CL65/CL70 steel using integral forging and vacuum degassing to ensure density and defect reduction‌14.

·         ‌Axles‌: Made from alloy steels (e.g., 40Cr, 50Cr) or stainless steels (304L/316L), offering fatigue resistance and corrosion stability‌.

·         ‌Assembly‌: Hydraulic press-fitting with interference fit, followed by ultrasonic testing to guarantee zero-defect alignment‌.
